Martin's architectural style is distinguished by the use of naturalistic materials such as wood and stone, as well as concrete to reflect the characteristic style of the houses in Punta Del Este, Uruguay. The main bedroom, the living room and the kitchen are located on the top floor of the house in order to enjoy the spectacular views towards the sea. The bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The interior has been designed by the owners, a couple with two children who wanted a house to enjoy during the summer months, as well as weekends on the Uruguay coast.
